Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognised university or national institute under GoI; PG Degree/Diploma in Public Relation/Mass communications/Journalism/Public Relations and advertising/Public relations and visual media communication; proficiency in Malayalam and English; experience in print media approved by RNI List
Age limit: 60 years (as on 01.10.2026)
Pay: ₹45,000/- per month (consolidated maximum)
Executive Engineer (Civil)1
Qualification: B Tech in Civil Engineering degree OR equivalent qualification recognized by University of Kerala; retired Executive Engineers from PWD/CPWD engaged in design and construction of major buildings with minimum 10 years experience in construction of buildings
Age limit: 65 years (as on 01.10.2026)
Pay: For those who retired from Govt. service: remuneration as per re-employment basis
