Postgraduate degree in Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery or Diplomate of National Board in the relevant department; department-wise requirements in Annexure A; Postgraduate degree in relevant department as per Annexure A and TEQ 2025 read with MSR/PGMER 2023
